Our goal from our first meeting is to best understand how we can assist you and your family. Join us for a cuppa to get to know each other on a personal level, while we give you a free home and energy consultation.

Preparing for your first design meeting to build your dream custom eco-essence home
Make this home yours by thinking outside of the box. We suggest the easiest way to share your vision is to create an “I want” and “I wish” board on Pinterest. We have plenty of inspiration on our page to get started. From here, together let’s create an innovative and high-performance eco-tectural home.

How your first design meeting looks
Expect us to want to get to know you as our friend and our client, as well as your family’s lifestyle on a deeper level. We do this to develop an understanding of how to build your very own custom dream home that is sustainable and functional.

we prepare custom drawings for you to review
We believe the energy that goes into a home, remains in that home throughout the duration of its life. From your design meeting, we will prepare custom working drawings for you to review and approve.
We are here to help you from start to finish, and we work closley with our Sales team, Designers, Interior Designers, Town Planners, Carpenters, Construction team, and Local Partners.

At this stage you will get to see your dream home come to life in 3D renders, and we often have clients say “I cannot believe this home is ours”! Once you confirm you love your home let’s make it real.

building your dream home
And now we have made it to the building phase! You will receive access to your own Buildtrend portal where you can view weekly updates from the team on your home’s progress. Be sure to follow our Instagram and Facebook page for when your home gets featured too.
Also, get to know your local building manager who will be looking after your home and the team onsite.
