From the bottom of our hearts we would like to thank you for making the process of building our new home such a positive & seamless experience!

We not only love the look & practicality of the design, we also love the feel & energy of our Eco-Essence Home.

Designing our home with Wayne & Jeremy was such an exciting, creative & enjoyable experience! I always felt heard but I could also completely relax in their experience to lead us and design something way more “us” than we could.
We love how they took time to get to know our family and designed our new home around the way we live.

We are falling more in love with our home every day. We are so grateful for the wonderful lifestyle our home now gives us.

It’s so true that Eco-Essence don’t design houses they design homes….. You can feel it.

Discover the Salani

The Salani intended to be a stand out; simple yet functional design that truly bridges the gap between architectural homes and the project market; Stemming conceptually from the Pacific Islander Bungalow form and open living, the home showcases a mix of effortless materials, simple and natural design features, sustainable living & strong connections to its coastal setting.

The home achieves maximum energy efficiency and functional lifestyle opportunities on a low budget so that you can immediately see the savings and benefits a sustainable designed home can provide the family.

Designed for enjoyment, the home features weatherboard cladding, VJ Lined feature walls, extra wide external window and door picture framing and natural timber joinery in kitchen handles and bathroom bench tops.

The functional L shape home captures the north easterly breezes naturally and directs throughout the home flushing out the stale air and allows ample roof space for solar photovoltaic’s to reduce energy consumption.

The open plan design allows seamless interaction between the internal living and external entertaining with the added benefit of allowing natural light through the poly carbonate pergola to the polished concrete floors providing a warmth and comfort to the home.

Zoned with living and service quarters and a master wing with access to its own patio, the Salani offers every family member a place to retreat or enjoy the sunshine together.
