The Clever arrangement of box-shaped living areas and rooms, two of which have been skewed in contrast to the structured linear design of the home are joined by a series of walkways and breezeways which connect the pavilions with ease.

The addition of operative Cavity Sliding Doors throughout allows for the home to be sectioned off into practical zones that allow light and ventilation to penetrate the home in warmer months and heat to be retained during winter. The clever use of Glazing is a notable design element and is featured extensively throughout the home.
